My approach
Is psycho-educational and relational. I assume that couples already have everything in them to flourish and grow.
As a coach, I provide tools to take care of the relationship and develop everyone’s relational skills. It is the couple with their energy that carries out all the transformation. For that I ask to use the tools and to practice.
I am not there to console, but to encourage, dissolve fears and bring success and joy!
How does it work?
After a free preliminary interview with the couple, 2 proposals
Intensive weekend of couple + 3 half days of follow-up at one month intervals
Cost: 1800€ package including hand outs and educational material
Place: Montesson 30 min RER A from Paris, in a welcoming house by river Seine
Not included: meals+ a night at a nearby hotel because it requires to be residential for the
work.
At the end of this training and by practicing regularly you will know how to
• say safely what is important for you even when it is difficult
• really listen to what the other person says
• release your couple's creative energy to live the relationship of your dreams
• move from reactivity to the joy of being together
4 days over 2 months
